Everything was perfect, handy location close to attractions, museums, the center and Goodge Street, really enjoyable experience. The room met needs, tidy where the beds were in a line. The breakfast had plenty of options, cereals and toast. It also was near underground. The service was very good in my opinion. The facilities were clean and easy to use;))

Had a blast with friends! We visited the University and the nearby hospitals, and the location was perfect. Our room was cozy and clean. Breakfast was good and filling. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Just a short walk from everything we wanted to see. Definitely a great choice for a group vacation!
The only downside was the walls were a bit thin. We could hear our neighbors chatting at night, a little annoying.

I stayed for a night with my baby and found the place to be a great value for a family trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, especially when we needed assistance with the buggy. The lounge area was a nice touch and made our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, and it's just a short stroll to local attractions like the British Museum.

A well-located spot just minutes from multiple underground stations makes exploring the city easy. The quadruple room was cozy and designed efficiently. Breakfast was good, with homemade pastries and a well-organized selection of hot and cold items. The room's proximity to the breakfast area led to some morning noise, which may be disruptive for light sleepers.

satisfactory stay but room for improvement
Breakfast had great variety especially with dairy-free milk options which I appreciated the big double-layered window really did a wonderful job of blocking out the street noise

The shared facilities were always super clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. Light sleepers should consider bringing earplugs due to street noise.

The friendly staff made a difference with their attentive service. The location is superb, just a short walk to the tube stations.
The hotel felt a bit dated in decor and amenities.
